Patient Satisfaction

Patient Satisfaction Survey Results:

The majority of patients who chose to come to Focus Treatment Centers for life changing care are referred by members of our Focus Alumni family or by other professionals.  We are proud to say that those who know us the best, both personally and professionally, recommend us to friends, family members and clients. As a leading provider of Substance Abuse and Eating Disorder treatment and over a decade of experience in providing care, we value the feedback given to us by families and patients. Survey results are used to strengthen the program and ensure that patients have a high-quality treatment experience.

As part of our commitment to provide excellent patient care for both the substance abuse and eating disorders treatment programs, all patients are invited to complete a patient satisfaction survey.  The surveys are conducted at the end of each patient's stay and includes two vital questions: 1) Were you helped at Focus and 2) Would you recommend Focus to friends and family. Over the past 9 years, we have compiled the survey results.

Of the adults in our substance abuse programs, 97.5% of the patients who completed the exit survey reported they were helped by Focus Treatment Centers.  98.77% reported that they would recommend Focus Treatment Centers to friend and family members.

In our eating disorder program, 96% of those who completed the exit survey stated they were helped by Focus Treatment Centers.  98% reported that they would recommend Focus Treatment Centers to their friends and family members.

Families in Focus Survey Results:

Our Families in Focus Program is an educational program for the families of the adult patients in treatment.  The families spend a weekend during their loved ones stay to learn how to better assist them on the lifelong road to recovery.  Of the families that completed the surveys, 98% reported that they would recommend the Focus in Families Program to friends and family members who are struggling with addiction in their family.
