You’re invited to join us for our free community yoga program—BalancED! Classes
are offered throughout the year and meet twice a month. Participants are invited to
join at any point to explore mindfulness and body positivity through the practices
of yoga and meditation. All levels are welcome. Classes are taught by certified yoga
instructor, Lauren Higgins, MS, R-DMT, RYT-200.
