You’re invited to join us for our free community yoga program—BalancED! Classes are offered on the second Saturday of the month. Participants are invited to join at any point to explore mindfulness and body positivity through the practices of yoga and meditation. All levels are welcome. Classes are taught by certified yoga instructor, Lauren Higgins, MS, R-DMT, RYT-200.
