Stacey Busby, LCSW, RYT

Stacey has been practicing social work since 2001. She earned her undergraduate degree from Carroll University in Waukesha, WI, and her Masters in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Stacey discovered yoga as a tool for stress management, but quickly realized an entirely new level to reach individuals she serves, and thus pursued 200 hours of training in Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Stacey now utilizes both western psychology and eastern practices to support individuals in connecting the mind, body and spirit where wholistic healing can begin and flourish. Stacey has also completed training with Dr. Brené Brown and her work with shame and resilience, and finds this a fantastic compliment to her work in supporting individuals in navigating the rough waters and obstacles that enter each of our lives. She aspires to assist each individual in being present with their beautifully imperfect selves and stretch into the vulnerability of living a truly authentic life.
