Alumni Program for Substance Abuse

In the same way our team supports patients through our treatment programs, we’re here to offer continued support in the time that follows. We understand the importance of mentorship and community in recovery, and we seek to foster those things here at Focus however we can.

What to Expect

Available to anyone who completes a substance abuse treatment program at Focus, our Alumni program connects like-minded individuals in the recovery community who have similar goals. The program creates a safe space to help identify high-risk behaviors and unhealthy thinking to avoid relapse, and to share experiences, hopes, and struggles. The program includes:
  • Group Outings – Regular meetups, dinners, and special events to encourage connections
  • Accountability Check-Ins – Check in with our Alumni Coordinator at 14 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and 6 months
  • Alumni Therapeutic Group – Free weekly group meetups for continuing care and critical support for a year after treatment is completed
